Building Designer
Candidate’s primary job functions will be preparing conceptual design drawings, construction documents, shop drawings, heat loss calculations, beam sizing, revising pre-drawn house plans a long with providing technical support for all customer or client field personnel.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in architecture or associates degree in residential design
- 2 years experience in the architectural field (residential preferred)
- Experienced with 3D modeling
- Great communication and organization skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2020 & AutoCAD Architecture 2020 CAD platforms
- Experienced with preparing heat loss calculations
- Experienced in roof, wall and floor system design
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
